There are a couple of things that motivate me to post. First, my passion for what I’m writing about drives me to want to post. Secondly, guilt. That last one is a bit silly, but when I don’t post I feel bad. Logically I know that life gets in the way, especially after a major life event, like getting pregnant or having a baby. Regardless, I tend to feel a bit of self-imposed pressure when I don’t post as frequently as I’d like.
My main motivation, as stated above, is my passion for reading and writing. I do this because I like it. What better motivation is there?
Thirty Days of Thanks – Day 9
I am thankful for my new job making a career move after having a baby is nerve wracking, but I did it. I am only 15-20 minutes away from my son and I am enjoying the new role.

I know what you mean about the guilt. I haven’t posted in two days because I was out of town. I had planned to try to get a book finished to post a review on. But that just didn’t happen. I can’t hardly stand that I haven’t posted anything.
